This page explains what happens to the information you share with New Palace Guest House.
What this website collects
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not run advertising trackers. The availability form on this site does not send anything to a server: it simply opens WhatsApp on your device with your dates already written into a message, which you then choose to send — or not.
Information you send us directly
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, your contact number and your travel dates. We use it only to answer your enquiry and to manage your stay.
Information collected at the property
As required for guest houses in Pakistan, we record guest identification details at check-in. These records are kept securely and are used only for guest registration and any legal obligation we have to meet.
Third-party services
The location section embeds a Google Maps frame, and our booking links open WhatsApp. Both are operated by their own companies under their own privacy policies. We do not receive analytics data from them.
How long we keep information
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as they are useful for arranging your stay. Guest registration records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them.
Your choices
